Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using ihandel. By accessing or using our application, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
ihandel is a mobile application that allows users to perform prepaid mobile recharges for supported Indian telecom operators including Airtel, Jio, Vi (Vodafone Idea), BSNL, and MTNL. ihandel is operated by ihandel ("we", "us", or "our"), a company incorporated under the laws of India.
Our service is strictly limited to prepaid mobile recharges. We do not offer postpaid bill payments, DTH recharges, utility bill payments, or any other financial services at this time. Providing additional services in future will be subject to updated Terms.
To use ihandel you must meet all of the following requirements:
We reserve the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend accounts that do not meet these requirements.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and OTP codes. You agree to:
We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account prior to notification. Each person may register only one account; creating multiple accounts to abuse promotions or circumvent restrictions is prohibited and will result in permanent suspension.
When you initiate a recharge through ihandel, you acknowledge and agree that:
Recharge plan prices are set by the respective telecom operators and are displayed accurately in the app at the time of transaction. ihandel may apply a nominal convenience fee for certain payment methods, which will always be disclosed transparently before you confirm payment — you will never be charged an unexpected fee.

All payment processing is PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant. We do not store full card numbers or CVV codes on our servers.
You agree not to engage in any of the following while using ihandel:
Violations may result in immediate account suspension and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, ihandel, its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to:
Our total aggregate liability in connection with any claim arising from your use of ihandel shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific transaction giving rise to that claim. This limitation applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. When we make material changes, we will notify you via in-app notification and/or email at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
The "last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision. Your continued use of ihandel after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms — including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. Both parties irrevocably submit to this jurisdiction.
