Service

ihandel is a mobile application that allows users to perform prepaid mobile recharges for supported Indian telecom operators including Airtel, Jio, Vi (Vodafone Idea), BSNL, and MTNL. ihandel is operated by ihandel ("we", "us", or "our"), a company incorporated under the laws of India.

Our service is strictly limited to prepaid mobile recharges. We do not offer postpaid bill payments, DTH recharges, utility bill payments, or any other financial services at this time. Providing additional services in future will be subject to updated Terms.

To use ihandel you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age, or have obtained verifiable parental or guardian consent
• Reside in India and hold a valid Indian mobile number
• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information at all times
• Comply with all applicable Indian laws, regulations, and these Terms
• Not be barred from receiving services under applicable law

We reserve the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend accounts that do not meet these requirements.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and OTP codes. You agree to:

• Immediately notify us at support@ihandel.app upon discovering any unauthorized use of your account
• Ensure your account information remains accurate and up to date
• Not share your login credentials with any third party
• Log out from shared or public devices after each session

We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account prior to notification. Each person may register only one account; creating multiple accounts to abuse promotions or circumvent restrictions is prohibited and will result in permanent suspension.

When you initiate a recharge through ihandel, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are authorized to recharge the mobile number you have provided
• Transactions are processed in real-time and are generally irreversible once confirmed
• ihandel acts solely as an intermediary; the recharge is fulfilled by the respective telecom operator
• We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by operator network outages or payment gateway interruptions
• In the event of a failed transaction where your account has been debited, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
• Promotional offers and plan availability are controlled exclusively by the telecom operators and may change without notice

Recharge plan prices are set by the respective telecom operators and are displayed accurately in the app at the time of transaction. ihandel may apply a nominal convenience fee for certain payment methods, which will always be disclosed transparently before you confirm payment — you will never be charged an unexpected fee.

We accept the following payment methods via our certified gateway partners:

• UPI (all major UPI apps including Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm)
• Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)
• Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
• Net banking (major Indian banks)

All payment processing is PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant. We do not store full card numbers or CVV codes on our servers.

You agree not to engage in any of the following while using ihandel:

• Using ihandel for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms or applicable law
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, servers, or other users' accounts
• Using automated bots, scrapers, crawlers, or other tools to interact with our service
• Conducting fraudulent transactions or providing false, misleading, or incomplete information
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the ihandel application
• Reselling or commercializing our services or any part thereof without express written authorization
• Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the ihandel platform
• Impersonating any person or entity or misrepresenting your affiliation with ihandel

Violations may result in immediate account suspension and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, ihandel, its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or revenue
• Failed or delayed recharges due to telecom operator errors or outages
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials
• Service interruptions beyond our reasonable control

Our total aggregate liability in connection with any claim arising from your use of ihandel shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific transaction giving rise to that claim. This limitation applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. When we make material changes, we will notify you via in-app notification and/or email at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

The "last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision. Your continued use of ihandel after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms — including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. Both parties irrevocably submit to this jurisdiction.
